These terms cover every order placed at Maanka Store (maanka.online). Placing an order means you accept them.
What we sell
Digital game top-ups, delivered to your player ID. Maanka Store is an independent shop. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any game publisher. Game names and logos belong to their owners.
Ordering and payment
Pay the exact amount shown on the checkout page, to the number shown there, from the phone number you entered. Your order starts once the payment is confirmed. Any fee the network operator charges is paid by the sender. Do not pay from someone else's number without their permission.
Delivery
Top-ups usually arrive within minutes. That is the usual time, not a guarantee. At busy times, or when a game's service is down, it can take longer.
Your player ID
A top-up goes to the player ID you typed. Check it before you pay. A delivery to a wrong ID that you entered cannot be reversed or refunded.
Refunds
Digital products cannot be returned or refunded after delivery. If an order is not delivered, or we cancel it, the full amount is returned to the number you paid from. To ask about a refund, contact us with your order number.
Fair use
We may refuse or cancel an order that looks like fraud: money that is not yours, a payment that does not match the order, or misuse of the store. Money received for a cancelled order is returned to the number it came from.
The game's own rules
Every game has its own rules. A ban or restriction that a game company puts on your account is outside our control.
Security
We never ask for your game password or a verification code anywhere except the checkout page of an order you started yourself. Any message or call asking for these in our name is a scam.
Maanka AI
The assistant answers common questions automatically and can make mistakes. Your order page and our Support team have the final word on any order.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. An order follows the terms that were in effect when it was placed.
